My anxiety is rocketing.. Can eat don't sleep much is this normal?

Define "normal". I've taken to sleeping whenever I can to stay rested. They tell me it will pass. I do have some normal nights.

I just can't take the anxiety and the loneliness of it all.. I'm trying to stay positive but it's so hard when you feel so rubbish all the time..

Hi Vicky,

I think it's normal. My anxiety has actually lessened after getting sober. The withdrawal and hangovers were making my panic out of control. As for loneliness, I'm right there with you. Our bodies and our minds are changing and adjusting to sobriety. Be patient and gentle with yourself.
