AA friend helped keep me sober last night

Simple enough yet effective. She told me to make a list of all the things that were better since I quit drinking.It was still really tough, but it was really helpful in the middle of an intense craving. Just passing it along so that someone else may benefit.

10 days sober!

I have found over my years in AA that there is always someone around 24/7 to reach out and help.
