Super thirst during first two weeks of abstinence?
Hi guys, just thought I'd throw this out there as I've experienced this a few times.
Whenever I try and kick the booze (hopefully my current one month will be my last try!), I get extremely thirsty for the first two weeks; sometimes drinking up to 3 - 4 litres of water/juice/soda every day.
This usually subsides after two weeks, where I begin to drink normally.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Do you think this my body's way of dealing with the dehydration from very heavy drinking, or psychological (hand to mouth drinking)??
