hi folks

just back in from a very productive driving lesson,

feel proud as money is going on lessons now instead of booze

also on day three without any smokes although I am using an e cig

feel a little tired but other than that okay

I'm actually looking forward to my second AA meeting which is tomorrow

which I find strangely weird as before I detested AA but as I was told yesterday I'm obviously ready now

I'm prepared for bad days, tomorrow may be hell and I may want a drink all day but today I feel calm, relaxed and not wanting a drink at all

I saw a ton of people using those e-cigs when I was in the UK a few weeks ago; they seem to be really popular.

e cigs are very good I wont use them forever just until I get over the first month a lot of people do use them
