Ten days is the longest amount of time I have ever been sober since I was 20. I'm 40 now... Many of the last 10 days have been really hard..almost convinced myself moderating a drink or two would work great. Grocery shopping and seeing all those glistening bottles of white wine stocked so generously was overwhelming. Even reading SR has been hard as it has reminded me that I was struggling with cravings. But today I can read the SR support and feel just that--supported. I haven't had a single craving all day.

I tried quitting so many times before..this time I believe.

Way to go!! Ten days is so very good. I'm on day 14 and I am so proud of myself. Congrats to you!!!
