Dearest newcomers. Yeah it's me again, big grin. 
I hope you join me, on a count down, to my rapidly approaching One Year of Sobriety. I want you to know, if I can do this, YOU all can.
I'm so excited about this. We need to be excited about our sobriety. It means FREEDOM......what a gift freeing ourselves of such a painful, suffering, way of life, when it doesn't have to be that way.
Those struggling today.... what are you doing to help yourself?
Are you making changes? The smallest changes, make a difference.
Do you realize, this is about YOU, and no one else, YES YOU.
Are you keeping busy?
Are you drinking a lot of water, getting exercise.
Are you figuring out what to do about those nagging triggers?
Are you using mantras?
Are you meditating, learning to quiet your mind?
All powerful tools, when you USE them. There's no room for laziness in this, EVER.
You have to learn to change, and not use excuses, as to why you can't change, or think you can't. It's tons easier to change, then to stay in a crappy place, when you don't have to.
Have you tossed out the word, "I CAN'T!!??? Because, guess what? You CAN, WE CAN......you're never alone. Always remember, all of us here, are walking the same path. We all understand. Make good choices
Tossing you the key to FREEDOM. It's worth every effort you put into it.
Life is short, EMBRACE it, don't WASTE it!!
