Hello, I hope everyone is doing well. I have been sober for roughly 9 days now, it hasnt been easy but im fighting the battle.
Im a 26 year old female and mother of 2 beautiful girls (5 and 7)
I have struggled with alcoholism for 3-4 years now and have slowly pushed all my family and friends away because of it.
I have been admitted to the hospital 4 times because every time I try to quit I have siezures! I also suffer from horrible anxiety and depression.
Its time to get better and reclaim my life!!

Hi and congratulations on your 9 days.
Each day should be getting better and you’ll continue to be proud of yourself.
During my first couple of weeks it helped me to keep repeating to myself that if I don’t pick up that first drink I won’t have to TRY to get sober AGAIN.

Welcome! Mommy of a 4 yr old girl myself.. Glad you are ready to reclaim your life! Stay plugged I here! It only gets worse so now is the time to lay it down. Glad you are here!
