Hi,
I'm completely new to all this and don't really know what to say.
I currently feel like I am drinking too much, I don't drink everyday and neither do I want to do it everyday but on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday I can easily drink a bottle - 2 bottles of wine to myself, dependent on my mood.
I have had a lot of upset and change happen in my life this year and I fear I am drinking to try to forget or ease emotions and am worried I could be on a dangerous path.
I am also getting very upset and argue with my husband when I have had a drink and I feel like I need something to change.
I want to feel happy and relaxed again without a glass of wine and I want my relationship back with my husband. I feel scared.
I have decided to try to do a 90 day challenge.
I'm hoping this will give me some clarity and help me feel better about myself.

Welcome, and yes, that's the thing with alcoholism which causes us to spiral down. We constantly let ourselves and others down, we feel worse about ourselves and so we go back to the alcohol to feel better. Of course, we end up feeling worse and the cycle continues. Good for you for deciding to take action.

Struggling, I would just like to say that I am new on here also. But having a community where you can post and talk about things and get your feelings out without feeling a stigma or shame really helps a lot. You have come to the right place, this site has a ton of helpful information and as long as you are willing to put in the work, you can and will make it through this. Thank you for sharing and if you ever need to talk just send a message or make a post and someone will answer.
