Hi,
I am struggling with the guilt of a recent relapse. I am not using now but have used enough in the recent past to riddle my mind and heart with guilt, not to mention raise a red flag at work with my supervisor. I wish I had never tainted my professional life like this. Feeling terrible. So afraid of betraying the trust others have placed in me.

I know that feeling Badger. I ruined a great job with my drinking. Was sent home from work for being still drunk from the night before, showed up late many times, and many days had to sneak off to the pub at lunch for a couple pints to stop the shakes.

Get some help now while you still have a job to save. I didn't and my career was lost.
