The Weekends

It's Friday and I am craving pretty bad today. Not really sure why. It's not a stressful day, no alcohol is around or anything like that.

I just always used to get trashed on Fridays and Saturdays then feel like **** Sunday night. I can't do that anymore and I refuse to.

I'll probably be going to a meeting after work or mowing the yard. Maybe both.

Sounds like a plan. If you are still thinking about drinking after you mow your yard, you are welcome to mow mine!

Hey justin.... I always had the same issue. You can do this.

Mowing is my best therapy and meetings work for some. I've just pushed through 3 days of anxiety, depression and wanting-out-now and feel much better today for not acting on feelings. Now it's time to clean the house up a little.
