One month!
Completely sober and smoke free. If I can do it, you can. Drank and smoked heavily for 30 yrs.
SR has been a huge help.

So proud of you, Johnny! Quitting both at the same time must have been excruciating! I quit cigs 9 years ago and I found it harder than quitting alcohol.

A word of advice, keep up an exercise regimen... I put on an lot of weight after quitting cigs. Basically I traded the nicotine addiction for food addiction.
