Ooo....gummy bears, now I'm craving some! For me, it's 'exotic' beverages. Nothing crazy but stuff I never usually drink. It's like my alcoholic beverages took so much time to create, why shouldn't my booze free ones take some time or at least be complicated?
Tonight it's hot chocolate with whipped cream in a big mug, but sometimes it's fruit sodas, weird 'healthy' beverages from health food stores (superfood stuff). I used to feel that first sip of alcohol throughout my body on a Friday night, now I want to feel the rush of warmth from cocoa, the rush of nutrients, fizzy bubbles, I want an *experience* with my teetotaling drinks!

My main snack food craving recently has been salt and vinegar chips. Think it's the combo of salt, oral fixation, and still getting a slight "burn" that gets me. Well, and that they're delicious.
Potato chips or candy I get a craving for now and again!!
No guilt whatsoever either, I used to drink myself into oblivion each night, so a few gummy bears in comparison isn't something to be worried about!!

I'm trying to switch to fruit and nuts and am trying to cut down on sugar. Ice cream is my favorite. And gummy bears, sour patch kids, baby ruths, etc, etc. I've gone 6 months snacking and indulging in great food instead of booze and gained a few pounds. And I don't regret it. But tonite it's watermelon, blueberries, and grapes...yum!
Haha wow, I didn't know that and have been having a bowl every night like a ritual. I haven't been craving much alcohol either. Very cool!
