Oprah and Deepak 21 day Meditation Experience

Great! I have never managed to complete a course....never made it past day 2. I had all the best intentions when I was drinking but rarely followed things through. I'm looking forward to actually completing this course.

Glad you signed up. I'm waiting for my daughter to arrive. We have decided to do the meditations together.
