tough day/day14

Had a real stressful day today.... my mom had a health scare..but she's fine...but the only thing i can think about now is a glass of wine with a cigarette......

I had a tough day too for different reasons. I am relaxing with a pot of camomile tea and a banana - contain natural muscle relaxants magnesium and potassium

Tetra has a good idea. Maybe some tea to get youre mind off the cravings. Youre doing so good. Keep going. You can do it.

My mom is doing ok, its just been so stressful..... all i can think it's a drink, but im not.... imstead im laying in bed watch tv....
