Still on a binge...
Misery will just continue as long as you are on the binge. You have to stop at some point. For me, binges would only end when I ran out of money or something bad happened like waking up in a jail-cell. It's no way to live/
Sorry to hear that CapanoBay.
I posted to you yesterday, so did many others.
Not sure what else to suggest but that you stop today. Get help if you need it.
You'll get a lot of support here but the decision and drive to stop needs to come from you.

I second what Dee said . I have been there though, on crazy benders, and felt helpless to stop even though I could have reached out more. You know you have to stop.....do whatever it takes to make that happen! You have all of us for support. You can do it!

Write "DFTU" (Don't F**K This Up) or whatever works for you on your index finger. It will be at eye level every time you take a drink. Maybe you'll get tired of the constant reminder and not take that next drink.
