Day 8
Today is day 8 of my sobriety and I'm feeling good. My over thinking has been getting to me the past couple of days but I haven't had nor wanted the need for a drink. I've been happy and I've been feeling more alive then I have ever been. I'm getting to know myself better and actually feel my feelings at the time. I've been trying hard everyday to come on this thread and express my thoughts, continue counting my days for sobriety. Getting and giving advice. I really feel that being on here together helps me.
