Feeling a little restless, but not going to give in

Glad to hear it, keep going! Part of the challenge of stopping is figuring out what to do with all this free time!

I'm with you also on Day 4, just keep going!

I'll take a little restlessness on Day 4
rather than kicking myself in the a$$ on Day 1
all over again.

Great job on four days! That was always a hard one for me. If you get a craving, just remember where that first drink will take you.
Best to and one day at a time.

Nice ! the worst part of withdrawal should be over for you. Each day of sobriety now will make you feel better and better. Keep on keeping on.

whatcha doin' to actively work your sobriety?

Coming here is a great action.

Are you adding other things as well?

Restlessness can mean we are in need of addressing some feelings or issues that we are not working on.

Simply "not drinking" is only part of it.

YOU CAN DO IT!!
