First of all, I have over a year of sobriety.
But do you remember when you first got sober and it felt like you just wanted to peel your skin off? I can't really explain it but you'd know if it happened to you. I started getting that again recently. My face has completely broken out again, like it did when I first quit.
I have had a change in my life, I moved from my parents house to my sister and her family's house to be able to start to make it on my own.
I have heard that those newly sober side effects sometimes come back after a year of sobriety.
Has anyone had this experience?

Could it just be stress Patty? It may not be recovery related at all?

Just wondered if it's hot where you are? Dehydration might cause it

I'm in Seattle, so hot may not be the issue. Although we are having beautiful weather. It definitely could be stress, I will check on with my doc. Thanks!
