...this time is different, that I can stick to staying sober and being on the right path, its the only one I know I can take! All the others lead to lost days, low self worth and self hatred. I cant go back to that, I don't want to.

Good you could make it back, so many can’t.
In my difficult times it helped to remember that if I don’t have the first drink I won’t have to get sober AGAIN!

I made a plan for things to be different this time.


I never got drunk by accident, and I didn't get sober that way either.
