Day 9 and feeling much better!
Everyday seems to get better. Having some hot flashes and sweats (especially at night) and depressing dreams, but my thinking seems to be clearing up a bit. My emotions are becoming more stable everyday after I get over the crazy dreams. I'm getting better sleep each night. I'm really enjoying not feeling as bloated and hung over all the time. My stomach feels so much better. My face looks thinner and I've dropped a few pounds. I'm handling stressful situations better.
I expect there will be days when I feel worse off than the day before, but so far it's been better everyday.

Thanks. I've been taking vitamins, drinking lots of water and eating pretty healthy. When my body craves sugar I drink some cranberry juice or eat some fruit. I had a wonderful weekend with my son and his mom, just relaxing with movies and cooking. It's been great. Thanks again.
