day 5!

day 5!
And ill be getting in bed soon with my green tea so will wake up in day 6! The longest ive gone in yonks... I usually crack at day 3/4 the past attempts...
its been okay... Im loving food... Really hard times are when the sun is shining, football is on & theres cold beers in fridge (my husbands may I add!). But I just remind myself how angry I will feel when I crack. I drank cause im low & I get low cause I drank. It never solved my depression. Just made it worse!
Im just so tired though, I had awful isomnia in the first 2 days & then when ive slept since it doesnt feel like enough!
im determined to keep going though, I dont think ive had a natrual sleep for years, without the alcohol or alcohol withdrawal periods.
Also I stepped on the scales, and ive lost 5lbs!! I know its probably water weight but seeing that gives me another (very good!) reason to keep going.
