Day One
Just putting this here for accountability.
I went to bed sober-ish which meant no nighttime heart poundings and no extreme cravings in the a.m. I don't have any alcohol in the house, so I think I'm good on that front.
I'm not feeling as anxious and depressed as I did yesterday morning after drinking a bottle of wine the night before, but I'm still feeling a little down.
one day at a time.

I'm right there with you GMOTB! Day 2 for me and all I can say is life is better than death. Should be a no-brainer for most people but was very hard for all of us. Keep on trying..the effort IS worth it!
