Day 19 folks This is the longest I have been sober for all of my adult life!!!!

That's awesome, Chilledice! I hope that getting some sober time under you belt shows you that you can get by just fine without drinking.

It is hard, every day I deal with this HORRID sadness inside my heart and I almost run to the bottle just to escape, but the thing is I cant let my sorrow kill me by running back to my addicition!
