Aw hey Vicki..thanks for posting. Not fun right now is it?
I'm not sure if those symptoms are detox...or anxiety...or a lousy, difficult combination of both.
Hang in there sister.
This too shall pass....

Is this your first time trying to quit? My first withdrawal was like that- I was profusely sweating the first few days. So bad that it broke my iPhone! Stick with it, because you don't want to go through this again. Your body is trying to get out all the toxins. Drink plenty of water, take vitamins and rest. Good job on day 4!
Completely normal. Just like others have said it is your body ridding itself of all the toxins. Think of it like a cleanse in a way and drink tons of water. Pedialyte helps also or coconut water. Just gtta keep hydrating yourself. It will definitely get better!
