I'm sorry you had to go to the ER Nevar.
You've been there before too which makes it doubly important you really make this time the last.
Start thinking about what you need to do differently...this thing plays for keeps, man.

Yeah I was completely honest about drinking for a month straight. They didnt send me home wiyh any meds though.
It has been a few days, Hang in there....you really don't ever have to do this again.
Similar things happened to me when I detoxed, I gotta tell ya, it has scared me straight..I don't want to ever go through that again...
It is good you are drinking lots of water.

You are taking your first sober steps in a long time, so that's a good analogy. It's going to take several days, maybe even a week or two just to physically start getting your body cleaned out and back on track. The first few days are usually the worst - drink lots of water, try to eat light/healthy foods when you can and get rest when you can.
