Sorry to hear that you had to go through that. It was smart of you to go to the ER.

Hang in there Nevar. Things will only get easier physically from here on out.

Did you tell the Docs you were detoxing? Did they give you meds to last a few days?
Sorry for all the questions, I am just hoping you are Okay...have you got someone to call?

I'm sorry you had to go to the ER Nevar.

You've been there before too which makes it doubly important you really make this time the last.

Start thinking about what you need to do differently...this thing plays for keeps, man.

Whats rough is I still so very weak. Getting up out of bed Ifeel like a fawn taking its first steps.

I had the same thing happen to me about four weeks ago. Scary stuff. Stay strong, know that you have many people thinking of you today.

good description. I always compared it to Bambi as well.
Jello Legs. walking up or down a flight of stairs was almost impossible.

You are taking your first sober steps in a long time, so that's a good analogy. It's going to take several days, maybe even a week or two just to physically start getting your body cleaned out and back on track. The first few days are usually the worst - drink lots of water, try to eat light/healthy foods when you can and get rest when you can.

. Very relieved to know that you are ok. Treat yourself with kindness. You've been to hell. People care about what you are going thru. There's understanding here.
