Despite having a stressful start to the day, I'm home relaxing not having any cravings. Although, I've been eating all night. I even feel like I might be able to go to bed and actually sleep. I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

Even though I'm completely new to this, reading your posts have been incredibly validating, encouraging and supportive. I don't feel like I have to battle this alone.
