Three weeks in!

21 day's and feeling good. I've knocked almost 2 minutes off my 6 mile run time, and my reflex's are soooo much quicker. Not gonna say that it's been a fun process, or easy, but damn was it worth it. I think from here on out I'm gonna quit counting day's and go live! But I plan on staying here with my buddies, we still got a long ride ahead but I got the wheel

LeTheVert, ya I'm back in the 38 minute range. It's been a couple years, and I really didn't know why!

Sweet Dreams, way to go on a year, that's nothing short of AWESOME!

And thanks Dee, and see I haven't even had to be put back in time out

If you're 21 days in you're already through the hardest part, not saying it will always be easy, but you have nothing but life ahead of you now! Good job and stay strong. As you are already seeing, sobriety really is a better life

Keep it up!
I'm 2 years and 3 months in, and it's amazing!
