54 days :)
I thought the physical side effects had ended. Or maybe I'm just catching a cold. Last night I really thought that I was going to die. I felt the worse pain in my head, and chills that would just not go away. This is when I started to think that some wine would ease the pain. But, no fret, I've been working too hard. It was scary to me. It felt like when I used to wake up with a hangover and chills and sweats.
Do you think this is just a cold, or am I experiencing a certain withdrawl? I thought they were through. Maybe this is just a reminder to me of what I a reminder because I might be feeling a bit too confident.
Just had to get those thoughts in the open. I am out to continue on with my day....and yes a of sobriety

Withdrawal doesn't last that long. Sounds like a cold but see your doctor to be sure.
