Tip -Holding your Breath

Hold your breath for as long as you can. Do this twice.
When you're done, you should feel out of breath and dizzy, thus squashing your urge for a smoke

Interesting!
I always thought to take deep cleansing breaths.
But, being out of breath sure would cure the desire for a smoke, wouldn't it? LOL!

another thing someone said is to keep a straw at work, in the car, your purse or back pocket...everywhere and breath through it to remind you when you get emphasyma how things will be. Harsh but helpful.
