Day 1

This will be my first time trying to stop drinking with the help of a group. I never thought I had a problem until as of late it is started to affect my life in a negative manner. I am tired of waking up with anxiety and nervousness because I don't remember the night prior, today is going to be day one in a long time. I know it will be a tough road but look forward to trying a new message board.

Welcome Marley! I remember being at the point where I could see all the bad that was happening in my life, and that was good! Life got better from there!
