Well guys, I've made it through 9 days and feeling pretty good. Back at work and the gym. It's amazing what a two week binge will do to my gut. lol No cravings, just thoughts of drinking, but that's pretty easy to ignore. I know they will pass so there no big deal (so far). Went to a meeting last Friday and will probably go this Tuesday. Not really into the meeting that much, but it's nice being around people with the same problem, and I pick up some pretty good ideas sometimes. Trying to stay busy. I know tough days are coming, but each day makes me stronger Getting real tired of this roller coaster ride.

One of the cool things about this forum is seeing the change for the positive in people who start to make it -- sad and desperate leads to cautiously inspired and optimistic. Good job on nine days! You know what would go really well with those?
