First therapist session
Hi all,
Some seen my change of plans thread. Following trough my plan.
Waiting to meet with the therapist in the outpatient I got into.
Hope he's ready for major work, because I am pumped! Nervous a bit to ne honest.
But with my saturday slip I'm ready to bring this to the next level.
I need an overhaul, I want to be free of this once and for all. Enough wagon jumping, I'm an expert and could work for a freakin circus!! LOL!
I'll let you guys know what comes out of this.
Thanks for your support everyone

The therapist was awesome!!
Made me comfortable right from the beginning. We made a plan of objectives to accomplish. I was putting to much stuff, example workout everyday. He said why not go easy and workout every other day instead?
One of the objective we agreed, is that I have to go see movies alone. He said I looked uncomfortable with the proposal, I was. Scares the hell out of me actually. So he did a great job, making me see angles I never tough of.
Shook my comfort zone, I needed that.
First group meeting tomorrow. He said that He might jump me to the advanced group as I appear to know a lot about myself and my addiction.
I told him about SR and where I learned so much. Said you folks sound very supportive. I said you are the best. ;-)
And so it is
