Just a dream right?
Hi All,
Had a dream about my exAbf. Just when I thought I was out... Holding on though & using helpful strategies learned from SR angels, thank you all. The short of the dream was he looked like another man, broken, disheveled & half his size in height & weight. Hope you all have a good day. Bernadette777

ahhhhh.....those dreams, those pesky little reminders of what was, what wasn't, what could have been....
had many of them. they still creep in at times.
while I lie in bed awaiting sleep, I learned to try to direct my dreams.....being the good codie that I am.....directing has always been my own self-proclaimed strongest trait.....

I think dreams can reveal a lot to us.
I believe the dreamer is the best interpreter or her own dreams. However, my first thought about yours is that maybe you're beginning to see your ex differently.

Sounds prophetic to me.
I find my dreams to be symbolic of reality.
When I was with XAH I had a dream that I was being chased by giant rats. No matter where I went, they would pop up from the ground or the walls. I knew they were rats, but they somehow were my XAH too.
It was a powerful dream in which I saw my ex as the conniving, dirty, mean, stalker that he was. It was really helpful in my healing.
