Hello, am so pleased I have made it to 1 week. Last night I had night sweats, has anyone else had this while being sober?
Apart from that I feel really good, thinking clearly etc.
Hope everyone else is managing ok x

Hey Pink. I don't wish to say that night sweats are ,common, but yes personally I have experienced these although a little earlier (day 3 and 4). I also found myself sleeping a lot more than usual. Being lucky enough to grab 9 or 10 hours sleep and still feeling a little yawny (though not lethargic) the following day. I guess it just shows the battering we have given our bodies if they have to sleep and sweat as part of our early recoveries. You should feel VERY proud of yourself making it to 7 days especially as you have just gotten through your first weekend. Day 6 today for me Strength and power to you

Hi Pink. Yes, I had night sweats also... I'd say, day 3 or 4. It was so bad I had to get up and change clothes. Might be a good idea to see your Dr. and make sure everything is ok. I was very relieved when all of my blood work was normal.
