Day 6 begins
Sober weekend number one. Was kept so busy I hardly even felt like a drink. Except yesterday arvo after seeing the ex. But I spent time with the kids instead and focused on what my teenager had written to me. I need to stay sober for them. I have no choice they need a mother.

Day 6 begins and feeling like death warmed up, damn colds. But going to push through and keep telling myself I will not drink today.
