It's time.
Ok. This is it. After spending 4 days researching the easiest way to quit, I've decided I've been doing nothing but procrastinating. It's been 10 minutes since my last smoke and I'm already sweating and jaw-clenching (amongst other things) in anticipation of full-blown withdrawals. I already feel a void, even though I know I shouldn't. I feel sick and anxious.
I quit a litre a day vodka habit cold turkey and survived, so surely this will be easier, and less painful... Right??? Enough of the nicotine mind***k. Let's do this!

Awesome to hear that you're going to kick the butts! It's tough, I quit on January 30 and posted quite a bit the first few days, I posted often in the nicotine thread and I'm sure it's not too far down the list if you want to read it. Just posted yesterday as well as to my feelings on the situation. If you can just stick with it, these first few days...it will be a huge reward. There won't ever be a better time. Stick with it, stick with it, hang in there. We're very proud of you!
