Me Too!
After a couple of hiccups the past couple of weeks, I am also on day 5.
I have been attending IOP therapy and have gone to 3 sessions in the last few weeks. I like my therapist and mainly the fact that he is educated me on cognitive behavior disorders and teaching me tools to change the way I think and react to situations.
I know I have a long wait to go... But the past few days have been getting better, anxiety and depression have reduce. Yeah, sleep still sucks but I am finally getting at least a couple of hours here and there.
Remember: It wasn't us who are bad, it was our behavior and we can change it.
Let's keep this train rolling!

Thanks everyone! I had everything planned out until my buddy decided to switch up when we were going to a hockey game. Now Sunday night instead of Saturday night. Kind of pissed off but i have to except that this is life and God please grant me the serenity to except the things i can not change and the courage to change the things i can.
