Not to bad today nice breeze and yes I can do this making myself sick is not an option again !!! I'm exhausted listening to, to many people explaining myself all the time is killing me I'm going to do what I first did when I got sober go to different meetings been getting up EVERDAY at 5 to go to early morning meeting which most people go home and sleep I can't to many kids house work ect I've tired myself so much and people drumming into my head I'm going to die ect it's sending me the other way I need more balance something I'm crap at . Went for walk on beach this morning with hubby and my lil girl , people have been ringing me from AA I need space and remember not to go to AA to socialize and that was happening need to go to different meetings get out of my comfort zone and sleep In sometimes xx

It took me a long time to get sober, as you know.
