How awful for you. Is your mother with you now?

To be honest? He's probably using again. There really isn't much that you can do, except express your love and concern for him. How does he look when he finally comes home?

That must be very frightening. I'm sorry that's happening to you.
Not being able to control others behavior brings most of us a lot of anxiety.
Do you have anyone home with you?

I'm so sorry for your situation and how afraid you are.

If your mother isn't able to help, is there another adult in your life who you can speak to for help and support? Is there a teacher at school, a neighbor, someone who can help you and your family?

Please try to take care of yourself.

Hi and welcome light123.
I'm sorry for your situation too - that's tough for anyone, much less a 16yo.

Do you have any adults to talk to about this, if not your mum? any teachers, school guidance counsellors, family Dr?

D

Welcome light! I'm sorry to hear you're going through this with your Dad. Have you let him know how upset this is making you? How you worry?

Please feel free to vent your feelings here, it helps to get it all out.

Sending you big hugs.
