So much weight has lifted off my shoulders since my 5 year old went back to school , I can get back to my training for my next bikini comp yay and I only have my three year old with me during the day , I have days that are hard and stressful but I know deep down a drink will make matters worse, also the next day after a drinking session the guilt and remorse of that binge is horrific , I'm concentrating on one day atta time and savouring my month sober working towards my two years sober once again one day at a time , god bless everyone
