Stick around- you had a single glass, its a blip, a minor one. Just get back up, dust yourself off, and carry on. You didnt continue drinking, you've realised your mistake. I wish when I slipped it was only ever a single glass.

wherever you are on the journey , don't be a stranger , there were 100's of times i drank when i didn't really want to or where i thought maybe one wouldn't do any harm and found myself hungover wondering what happened the next day , something changed for me last time , maybe it will for you this next time , don't give up on yourself
