I'm guessing everyone here can appreciate the bad days. Yesterday was one of those bad days- anxiety, malaise, and an overwhelming desire to erase those feelings with a drink.

It passes.

I'm so thankful that I stayed sober yesterday. This morning could have been the tomorrow where I woke up hungover regretting the night before and the first step back down the rabbit hole.

So, to all those struggling through today. Make it through the day, through the hour, through the moment. Tomorrow will be better.

I love it! Second day for me. Last night was pure hell. I'm ok when I'm awake. The problem is when I sleep. The vivid nightmares are unbearable. But I need to hang on untill they pass.
