4 weeks sober today! Before and After.

I can't believe I made, but I am So thankful that I did. It wasn't easy, and I know I still have a lot of spiritual and mental work to do, but I am on my way.

I love that I no longer have big bags under my eyes and people have even commented on how much better I look. I am 6 pounds lighter, which is really good considering I have been giving into sweets this past month. I think clearer, feel emotions and am just over all more grateful.

Thank you to everyone on SR for helping me and I can't wait to see what comes next!

Super congratulations to you! I am at 4 weeks also. I feel so much more emotionally grounded than I have before. Lots of changes still to make and things to confront too.

Oh man, i know what your saying about the sweets! Im just on day nine, and I have never eaten so much candy in my life! I bought a huge bag of assorted candy for holloween and only got 3 trick-or-treaters and I have been eating my way through it at an amazing rate!
