And I am so glad I quit drinking! At the time of the test I was 3 weeks sober and they still came back not that grand. I've always been anemic, but I'm worse now (doc said due to lack of B vitamins from too much drinking) and my liver enzymes are elevated. This all explains why I've been sleeping 10-12 hours a night regardless of the 6-7 cups of coffee I drink daily.

I feel like such a fool for treating my body like this, am a little scared, but I can only move forward from here. Lots of iron and B vitamins in my future :-)

Congrats on your sober time. My liver enzymes were also elevated by the time i stopped drinking. For me, my levels were normal after two months sober. Keep up the great work with your recovery and try not to worry. Best wishes.
