I did it!
I did it!
I completed the San Francisco Nike Women's Marathon today. Slowly, but surely. The process gave me another reminder about why I want to get, and stay, healthy. This is my third marathon, but I am not really improving over time, due to how poorly I take care of myself. Looking forward to a future where I value my mind and body enough to treat them with the care and consideration they deserve.

Congrats on finishing the marathon! I was looking to sign up for half marathons, and I think I saw that one on the list.
I just wanted to say be aware of yourself especially after finishing such a big accomplishment. In my past, I've relapsed after finishing a huge race. I would train for months in preparation for the big day. However, after finishing the race, my motivation to stay sober also seemed to drop. I'm not saying it will happen to you, but it has happened to me several times.
Congrats again on the marathon!
