Checking in. All quiet on the Western Front

Just checking in to see how my friends are doing on sober recovery. Today is a horrible day weather wise in Michigan but I'm doing great. Today is day 1544 and things just keep getting better even though presently I'm jobless and broke the important things in my life are solid.

To all the newcomers I was hopeless alcoholic who with the help of my higher power managed to get sober and stay sober. I'm here to report there is life after alcohol a life that is fulfilling and wonderful

I used to be a regular poster but decided to take some time off of SR but wanted everyone to know that I'm alive and well

Thanks for the update and congrats on your continued sobriety. It's always nice to hear from someone who has been away that is still sober, vs. the alternative...keep it up!

Good to hear that your recovery is solid.

It's great when people pop in and let you know how they are doing.

Love
