Homecoming..sort of..
My daughter is coming out of rehab any day now. She lives in her own home, far away from me, AND her rehab is 2 states away from her home. I will try my best to pick her up, and will definately go to her house A.S.A.P. I will stay a week, maybe a little more, then I have to return to my home and job.I hope she finds her outpatient support, and local A.A. But I won't be there to help when the going gets tough and it scares me so much. I do go to Al-Anon and read the literature. Right now, I'm so scared that she will relapse and attempt to drink herself to death again. My serenity is gone.
