Hi...I don't know if this is the right place or thing I am looking for but I am on the road to recovery from pain pills. It's been almost a year. Well I messed up and took a pain pill and 7-8 later I had to take a urine test. Can anyone tell me if I have anything to be worried about? I'm worried sick and I know I shouldn't have taken them. Help

It's unclear to me whether it was 7-8 hours or days later, but it depends on what the test was and what the pain pill was, I'd imagine.

I'm sorry...I don't know anything about drug tests, Guest. I'd imagine a drug like that would show up, but I really have no idea.

If it's a prescribed med you took for a legit purpose, bring along a script or a note from your Dr. if you get a positive result.

If it's not prescribed...I'm not sure there's a lot you can do but wait and see what happens.

Well I'm on a program for suboxone and I had a root canal and crown done so I took a few for that. My sub dr tested me 7-8 days after taking that and alot of ppl say I should be fine but I thought this site might could tell me like how long it stays in your system or how long does it take to get out. Sorry for the questions.

oh I'm sorry, I thought you were looking for experiences - we can't actually give you medical advice here guest.

If Drs and dentists were involved get them to write you up something explaining why that med was prescribed.
