Happy to be back
Hi folks! It's been a long time since I was last here, and back then, my username was WhiteWave. I couldn't remember my password and e-mail for password recovery, so I created a new account.
I wasn't doing well, and I finally had a very bad relapse which left me suicidal, so I spent a week in the mental health ward at my hospital. I've been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and so I decided to come back here to help round out my plan for dealing with a dual diagnosis.
I look forward to joining in with my own support for others, and I'm very happy to have this place to turn to for my own rough patches.
New sober date is 9-9-13. I hope to keep it going
