I have a sponsee doing a Step 3 this weekend. Yesterday we read a variety of step 3 prayers to provide food for thought, examples, options for them.

I am working on Step 4 with difficulty..maybe I need to revisit Step 3!

I think that would depend on where the difficulty lies.

But I do know that as I went through the steps, most of the time when I got tripped up, it was a step 3 issue. Had to go back and revisit my decision, read it again, pray. Spend some alone time with my HP, and get on with it. Didn't have to take a whole lotta time, but it did bring me back to center.

I have found that the habit of saying my Step 3 prayer upon waking has proven a helpful.
